Pregnant Rufa Mae Quinto recovering after hospitalization

Rufa Mae Quinto is recovering after she was rushed to the hospital on Sunday night.
In a post on Instagram, the comedienne, who is eight months pregnant with her daughter Alexandria with husband, Trevor Magallanes, chronicled her experience while being confined at the Makati Medical Center. Although she did not mention the reason behind her hospitalization, she revealed in one of her comments that she was “working out” in a gym before the incident.

“Noong gabi, nasugod kami ng anak ko sa hospital, kwento ko more details soon, nakaya namin lahat. Sarap ng may minamahal, may nagmamahal, lahat kaya mo, lahat laban, anak mahal ka namin at madaming abangers sayo so wait, 1 more month, we will see you and the world (Last night, my daughter and I were rushed to the hospital. I will give more details soon, but we endured it all. It feels good to love and be loved [because] you can do everything, fight everything. We love you child, and many are waiting for your arrival so wait for one more month and we will see you and the world),” she captioned her selfie.
In another Instagram post, Quinto reflected on her sacrifices and hardships of being a first-time mother. She explained, “Ganito pala maging ina, kailangan sobrang tibayan at sobrang lakas ng loob mo para mairaos mo ang anak mo sa kung ano ang test (So, this is how to be a mother, you need endurance and strength to face any test with your child).”

She also thanked her husband. “Our daughter will be very proud of you! The best gift that dad could ever give to her child is to be there, give support,” she said, expressing her excitement to cradle her firstborn in a month’s time.
She added: “Konting ubos na lang ng swero, konting bed rest, 1 month na lang bago tayo pasabog ng grasya (A few more drips of the nourishing fluid, a little more bed rest, [and] one more month before graces will explode). Stay there, inside mama, hold on, hold tight… We love you! Grow some more. (Just a few injections, bed rest, [and] one month before graces will explode.
