Rufa Mae Quinto baby on the way
Comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto and non-showbiz fiancé Trevor Magallanes are ecstatic these days as they welcomed the news about their newest addition to their lives, their baby, who’s 17 weeks old in her womb.
Quinto revealed in a television interview that she is now 17 weeks pregnant. Earlier she mentioned in interviews that their top priority was to have a child since the sexy comedienne is nearing her 40s. This is why she was so exhilarated upon learning she was pregnant as she almost believed she could no longer bear a child.
Despite being mum about her condition at first, rumors of her pregnancy had been circulating and was further ignited when her friend, TV host Grace Lee, initially posted a photo with the comedienne captioned, “Nothing better on this rainy afternoon than pigging out with this glowing pregnant lady.” This was later edited, deleting the word “pregnant.”
Aside from Lee’s ‘accidental’ revelation, fans had been curious about Quinto’s “growing” body and commented on the pregnancy rumors on her posts. She then said in one post that she would be having a TV interview where she would reveal the truth about her condition.
Quinto and Magallanes dated only a month before their engagement. Quinto met the 29-year-old financial analyst during her fifth travel to the US, and Magallanes confessed that the actress was actually his all-time Filipino celebrity crush. From the moment they met, they already felt that they were right for each other. The couple did not want to waste any time as both, especially her husband-to-be, were worried about possible complications in her future pregnancy.
The couple is set to have a Christian wedding celebration on Nov. 25 at the Blue Leaf events place. Clarizel Abanilla
