Handlers spoil perky newbie rotten

Now we know how show biz monsters pick up their bad habits.

During an out-of-town gig, handlers demanded that Perky Newbie be given the red-carpet treatment. They haughtily rejected the suggestion that PN share the same space as lowly bit players.

They were quite adamant about it and spewed out hurtful words against the poor extras. Worse, the “nameless” talents were left behind in a faraway location—because they were not permitted to hitch a ride in the official vehicle.

Funny thing is, PN is not that famous yet.

FEATURED STORIES

A cranky mole quipped: PN is just as “obscure” as the snubbed performers.

Ouch!

Not a few observers were wondering why Pretty Starlet vanished from the projects of Influential Personality for a while.

PS made the mistake of flirting with IP’s Favorite Consort.

Needless to say, IP got irked by PS’ naughty games with FC. Worse, PS’ Jealous Beau discovered the gal’s two-timing ways and, in retaliation, exposed the “close” friendship of FC and IP.

Instead of blaming JB, IP banned PS from all of the firm’s major ventures.

After years of enmity, IP finally forgave PS, who is active in the scene once again.

Splitsville detour

This high-profile union seemed headed for splitsville, a spy insisted.

From all indications, Glamorous Beauty and Wealthy Partner have grown apart. GB and WP’s Rebellious Kin, however, resorted to emotional blackmail to prevent the impending separation.

Fearing for RK’s well-being and mental health, GB and WP decided to give their relationship another try.

RK prevailed in the end.

Indelible melodrama

A mole witnessed a melodramatic scene at a polling place somewhere in the city.

Showbiz Insider, who was not allowed to vote, raised a ruckus, vigorously complaining in front of poll officials. SI refused to budge and insisted on fulfilling a civic duty. Alas, SI had to go home without an indelibly marked finger.

A source explained that SI had failed to register before the election.

Ouch!

Star treatment

From the Inquirer tabloid Bandera:

Still on the hotly contested electoral process.

Voters at a certain precinct in the metropolis raised their brows because Popular Celebrity was given special treatment by officials.

PC was allowed to cut the long queue.

That’s one of the many perks of fame, of course. But what observers found deplorable was that the star-struck poll staffers prioritized PC over senior citizens.

They get a grade of D, for Disrespectful.
