Through its intertwined stories, the movie presents various forms of love—from puppy love to unrequited love; from love of family to a love that is the stuff of dreams; and from faded to jaded love.

FEATURED STORIES

This project went through numerous revisions. Its original title was “Mr. & Mrs. Split” when it was first announced in June 2015 and featured Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista in the cast. In September, this was changed to “Pamilyang Lab Luv Love.” Weeks later, it was given its final title. Chiu and Lim were added to the cast.

In late October, Bautista was replaced by Ramsay, with Sta. Maria, Veneracion and the Concio sisters as additional cast members.

“This is still my story. I fought hard to preserve it,” claimed Jadaone, who cowrote the script with Yoshe Dimen. “I said that whoever the cast members would eventually be, we would just work together to make sure that the writers’ vision is retained. I’m thankful to Star Cinema. Despite the film’s long journey, we were able stay true to its story.” Marinel R. Cruz
