Tom Cruise this time dodges the seat and takes the wings.

The trailer of the upcoming action-spy movie Mission: Impossible—Rogue Nation was released on Sunday, showing high-octane stunts and adrenaline pumping scenes, like the final moment where Cruise could be seen hanging from an Airbus A400 that’s in mid-take off.

Reprising his role as the secret agent Ethan Hunt for the fifth time in almost 20 years, Cruise and his team is set to battle the Syndicate, a highly trained organization of assasins bent on attacking the Impossible Mission Force (IMF).

FEATURED STORIES

In the trailer, Cruise gets shirtless fighting the villains in martial arts sequences. He turns daredevil while speeding on motorcycle, getting airborne on cars and jumping unimaginable depths into the water.

Alec Baldwin, as the CIA chief, meanwhile looks sinister in a tuxedo as he talks to Jeremy Renner, who is also a member of the IMF.

The film also stars Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Sean Harris, and a newcomer Rebecca Ferguson.

The latest installment of the Mission: Impossible film franchise is directed by Christopher McQuarrie. It hits the screens later this year.
