Filipino filmmaker Kidlat Tahimik returns to Berlin, where he won the International Critics’ Prize for “Perfumed Nightmare” in 1977. Kidlat’s “Balikbayan #1 (Memories of Overdevelopment)” will be screened in the Forum section of the 65th Berlin International Film Festival, from Feb. 5 to 15.
