MANILA, Philippines—The alleged sex video of TV host Paolo Bediones was filmed years ago, a source of an entertainment website said.
In a report by PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), a source said that “Lumang video na ‘yan ng consenting adults noong nasa GMA-7 pa si Paolo (That is an old video of consenting adults when Paolo was still with GMA-7).”
Bediones used to be a TV host for GMA-7 before establishing a career as a news anchor for rival station TV5 in 2009.
The almost seven-minute video went viral Sunday, but rumors about its existence have circulated a week earlier.
“One blogger said that in a past interview, Paolo admitted that he once had a scandal video with a female sexy star. Pero sure na sure siyang walang puwedeng kumalat na kopya dahil sinira nila ang video,” Bandera columnist Alex Brosas said in a separate story.
