UP graduate Ariella Arida bags Bb. Pilipinas-Universe crown

MANILA, Philippines—A BS chemistry graduate of the University of the Philippines bagged the Bb. Pilipinas Universe title Sunday night.
Ariella Arida, who also participated in last year’s Ms. Philippines-Earth pageant, got the coveted title over 49 other candidates.
Bea Santiago was declared Bb. Pilipinas-International; Cindy Miranda, Bb. Pilipinas-Tourism; Mutya Datul, Bb. Pilipinas-Supranational; and actress and model Pia Wurtzbach, 1st runnerup.
