Vice Ganda gushes over Valentine’s date with Ion Perez

Vice Ganda definitely felt the love on Valentine’s Day after he was treated to a spontaneous date by his partner Ion Perez.

The TV host-comedian gave a glimpse of their romantic setup last Feb. 14 through his Instagram page on Tuesday, Feb. 18, saying Perez had organized it last minute because restaurants were fully booked.

“Still not over this spontaneous Valentine Date with you, babe,” Vice Ganda said in the caption. “‘Yung majhong table na ginawang dining table. ‘Yung pasta na pinadeliver lang, and yung Christmas lights na kinalat lang sa sahig.”

Despite the unexpected circumstance, the TV host noted how Perez was even able to find a violinist to make their date more special.

“Ang saya! Ang ganda! Thank you for making me experience so many firsts!” Vice Ganda addressed Perez.

“I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Never have been loved like this. Thank you babe!” he added. “Each day with you is Valentine’s! I love you Noi!”

Vice Ganda and Perez confirmed their relationship to the public in 2019, then got engaged in 2020. The couple had a wedding commitment ceremony in Las Vegas in October 2021.

The pair is currently among the hosts of the ABS-CBN noontime show “It’s Showtime.”
