JAY B, the leader of the globally renowned South Korean group GOT7, has finally unveiled his first full-length production as a solo artist.
JAY B marked a major career highlight with the release of his inaugural studio album “Archive 1: [Road Runner]” on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
The feature includes the double title tracks “Crash” and “Cloud Nine,” with the music video for “Crash” debuting alongside the album.
JAY B first teased the production earlier this month via his new agency Mauve Company, which posted a timetable for the album’s release.
Before “Road Runner,” JAY B produced a string of extended plays (EP) since becoming a solo artist in 2021, the year GOT7 left its former label, JYP Entertainment. To date, he has released five EPs, including “SOMO:Fume,” “Love,” “Be Yourself,” “Abandoned Love,” and “Seasonal Hiatus.”
The release of his album comes as GOT7 members actively hint at a much-awaited comeback slated early next year.
