Chelsea Manalo arrives in Mexico ahead of Miss Universe pageant
After a week of stay in Los Angeles, California, Philippine bet Chelsea Manalo is now in Mexico for the culminating activities of the 2024 Miss Universe pageant.
Manalo exuded charisma as she marked her arrival donning a gold knee-length Filipiniana dress by Filipino designer Cary Santiago, as seen on Miss Universe Philippines’ Instagram page on Wednesday, Oct. 30.
Manalo also got to meet her fellow delegates from Iceland, Ukraine, and Trinidad and Tobago.
“HOLA, MEXICO! Our Queen, Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Manalo has touched down and is ready to take on the Universe!” the caption reads.

On her Instagram page, Manalo showed the welcome note for her and her roommate, Miss Universe Peru Tatiana Calmell, from the management of the hotel they will be staying in.
Article continues after this advertisementPrior to her arrival in Mexico, the Bulakenya beauty queen shared snaps from her photoshoot which was inspired by the titular role in the popular Mexican TV series “Rosalinda.”

Meanwhile, MUPH earlier called for the public to vote for Manalo in the fan vote and “Voice for Change” challenges.
“The BAYANIHAN for the CROWN starts now! Let’s make CHELSEA MANALO No. 1 in the fan vote and Voice for Change challenges to increase our chances of taking home the crown!” it stated. “Kaya natin ‘to!” (We can do this!)

Manalo is among the over 120 delegates who will compete to inherit the crown from Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios at the coronation night on Nov. 16 (Nov. 17 in the Philippines).
