Jean Garcia, Angelu de Leon reveal they’re meddling moms
Jean Garcia and Angelu de Leon favor meddling with their children’s lives, saying it is their way of “guiding” and “opening” their kids’ minds to what’s right and wrong.
In a recent interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” the two actresses revealed that they always “interfere” with their children’s lives and explained that they offer advice because they want them to live a better life.
“Kanina nga nag-uusap kaming dalawa, papano ba tayo nangingielam? Araw-araw. For life kaming mangingielam, I guess,” laughingly said Garcia, to which de Leon agreed.
The “Pangako sa ’Yo” actress underscored that she will butt in when she notices that there is something negative happening.

“May dalawang pangingielam, I think ‘yung pangingielam na walang communication ‘yung negative way which is I don’t think naman ganon kami, well, I hope my children would agree na ‘yung pangingielam naman is only to open their minds of the possibilities of what they are doing right or wrong pero to the point at the end of the day I’m sure pareho kami ni Ms. Jean sa kanila pa rin ang desisyon,” she declared.
Garcia went on to add that their children need “guidance,” no matter how old they are.
Guidance talaga, kailangan mo silang i-guide kahit 30 plus na,” she said.
Garcia has two children, actress Jennica and Kotaro, while de Leon has three kids: Nicole, Louise and Rafa.
Garcia and de Leon are both playing the kontrabida (antagonist) in GMA Network’s “Widows’ War” and “Pulang Araw,” respectively.
