Alexa Ilacad and Khalil Ramos are among the mainstream celebrities considered for a theater plum at the 14th Gawad Buhay Awards, which recognizes the performing arts community.
Organized by the Philippine Legitimate Stage Artist Group, the 14th edition of the awards-giving body aims to spotlight the efforts of the theater industry including the actors, production staff, and playwrights in the 2023 season. The award ceremony will be held on July 9 at the PETA Theater Center in Quezon City.
Aside from Ilacad and Ramos, “Mallari” star JC Santos was nominated for the Male Lead Performance in a Play award for his work in “Red.”
