Are Derek Ramsay, Ellen Adarna expecting their first child?

Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna caught the attention of their fans after the actor expressed how much he “can’t wait” to come home, with many speculating that they are expecting to welcome their first child.

On his Instagram page on Saturday, June 15, Ramsay shared a series of photos with Adarna, in what seemed to be a recall of how their relationship has been since they got together.

“Can’t wait @maria.elena.adarna Alam mo na (You know it)! Lol,” Ramsay wrote while tagging Adarna’s page in the caption.

Adarna then replied to his post in the comments, saying, “When are u coming home ba???? Loll.”

Fans of the couple then swarmed to the comments, with most of them wondering if the couple are indeed expecting their first child.

Meanwhile, broadcast journalist Karen Davila and celebrity photographer Pat Dy seemingly showed their excitement for the couple.

Ramsay and Adarna tied the knot in November 2021 after a whirlwind romance. Both of them have a child each from former relationships.

The actor revealed in December 2023 that he and Adarna were to welcome their first child, but the latter suffered a miscarriage. The actress later confessed that Ramsay’s revelation made her suffer from anxiety.

In June last year, Adarna said she quit smoking to “prepare her body to get pregnant.”
