Claudine Barretto clarified that she has not undergone any cosmetic surgery for her face, as a response to a netizen who implied that the actress “got her face back again” with the help of surgeries.
Claudine donned a white long-sleeve dress as she attended the tribute party for seasoned starmaker Johnny Manahan, as seen in the event photos she shared on her Instagram page on Sunday, March 17.
While the post was meant to be a gratitude and appreciation post for Manahan, fans could not help but notice Claudine’s glow, with one @ceel111221 commenting, “Gumanda na ulit siya (She became beautiful again) after how many ‘Thanks, doctor.’ But glad she managed to get back her face again.”
Replying to the Instagram user, Claudine said, “I have never done any work on my face po. My body, yes, but proud to say [at] 44, never pa po ako nagpa-botox (I never had botox) or surgery,” adding she only underwent non-invasive skin treatments.

During the tribute party, Claudine also had a reunion with her niece, actress Julia Baretto. The actresses were seen hugging while taking a group photo.
