Dakota Johnson open to motherhood amid romance with Chris Martin

Dakota Johnson, who’s been dating Coldplay’s lead vocalist Chris Martin for the past six years, shared that she is open to the idea of becoming a mother in the future.
In her latest interview with Bustle, the “Fifty Shades of Grey” actress said she wants to experience everything that her womanhood has to offer, including motherhood.
“I’m so open to that. I’ve gotten to this place where I really want to experience everything that life has to offer. And especially being a woman, I’m like, ‘What a magical f*cking thing to do. What a crazy, magical, wild experience.’ If that’s meant to happen for me, I’m totally down for it,” she remarked.
The 34-year-old actress underscored that even though motherhood includes some sort of suffering, she remains open to the responsibilities.
“I’ve been really tripping out recently like, we’re not here for very long. There’s so much to eat up and learn and grow from and experience and feel. That includes all the pain and the suffering and feeling so helpless about the world… We’re not here for very long, so if I’m meant to be a mother, bring it on,” she affirmed.
Despite dating for years now, Johnson and the rock band singer have managed to stay low-key about their relationship. When asked if she likes being a stepmom to Martin’s kids with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, the “Madame Web” actress said, “I love those kids like my life depends on it. With all my heart.”
The “Persuasion” star expressed her admiration for her boyfriend, stressing that watching Martin perform is her “favorite thing” to do.
“I love watching him. I could watch him every day. I don’t know how to explain it. I feel like, I don’t know… I’m watching my most favorite being do his most favorite thing,” she said.
