Kim Chiu as she celebrates love month solo: ‘Choose you’

Kim Chiu is looking forward to the next chapter of her life as she found strength in “choosing” herself, as she celebrates the month of love on her own.
Chiu took to her Instagram account on Saturday, Feb. 17 to remind her fans to choose themselves, while sharing photos of herself in a belly-baring ensemble.
“Choose you. Because when you start choosing you, you start attracting everything that is also choosing you,” she captioned her post.

The actress also greeted a “happy love month” with an apparent play of the words “you” and her surname in the caption.
“Happy love month everyone! #ChooseChiu LOL,” she wrote.
Chiu’s post was flooded with support from her fans, as well as a comment from fellow actress and close friend Bela Padilla.

This year marks Chiu’s first Valentine’s Day as a single woman after confirming her breakup with her longtime boyfriend Xian Lim last December. She previously broke down in tears after talking about moving on the Feb. 14 episode of noontime show “It’s Showtime.”
Despite this, the actress didn’t mind spending Valentine’s Day alone as she received a bouquet from a certain “P.”
Lim, on the other hand, sparked dating speculations with film producer Iris Lee after they were spotted together at a riding school earlier this month, with his arm looped around her shoulder.
