Isabel Santos gushes over BF John Lloyd Cruz on Valentine’s Day

Artist Isabel Santos could not help but swoon over her boyfriend, actor John Lloyd Cruz, as they appear to have dressed up to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Through her Instagram page on Wednesday, Feb. 14, Santos showed photos of them which were originally posted on Cruz’s private Instagram account.
The artist donned a black maxi dress, while Cruz wore a blazer and skirt as they stood side by side and gazed lovingly at each other. In one of the photos, Santos doodled pink hearts around the actor, seemingly expressing her admiration for him.
“Hirap itago ang kilig ko,” she said in the caption. (It was hard hiding how giddy I was.)

Santos also “showed off” Cruz to mark the love season in a separate post on her Instagram Stories.

Two years after they were first speculated to be dating, Cruz confirmed his relationship with Santos during a “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” interview in October 2023.
Cruz said he and Santos met at an art gallery owned by her family, when he took a break from show business. He also credited the artist for helping him realize the importance of marriage.
“She’s very elemental sa mga ganyang bagay, kung paano namo-mold ‘yung nalabas sa bibig ko, nabuo sa isip ko, the consideration lagi for the two of us, lalo na sa kanya, laging nand’un,” he spoke of his girlfriend.
(She’s very elemental when it comes to molding the words that come out of my mouth, the [thoughts] that are formed in my mind; the consideration for the two of us, especially for her, is always in me.)
Aside from their solo trips, the couple have also been frequently seen bonding with Elias, the actor’s son with actress Ellen Adarna.
