Lee Seung-gi and Lee Da-in are now officially parents as the Korean actress gave birth to their first child, a baby girl, on Monday, Feb. 5.

Seung-gi confirmed the arrival of their bundle of joy through his talent management agency, Human Made, on Tuesday, Feb. 6.

“We are delivering the happy news that the Lee Seung-gi and Lee Da-in couple gave birth to a daughter on the afternoon of Feb. 5,” the agency said via a statement obtained by Korean news outlet Soompi.

“Both the mother and child are in good health, and Lee Seung Gi conveyed the news that he is grateful and happy that a precious life was born safely,” it added.

While further details on Seung-gi and Da-in’s firstborn have yet to be revealed, the company asked fans for their continuous love and support to the first-time parents.

Seung-gi and Da-in, who confirmed their relationship in May 2021, tied the knot in April 2023.

Their intimate ceremony was attended by fellow Korean celebrities including Yoo Jae-suk, Seventeen’s Hoshi and Joshua, Astro’s Cha Eun-woo, Kang Ho-dong and BTOB’s Yook Sung-jae.

Seven months after their wedding, the celebrity couple announced Da-in’s pregnancy.
