Lee Seung-gi, Lee Da-in expecting their first child together

Seven months after tying the knot, Lee Seung-gi and Lee Da-in are about to become parents soon, as the latter is set to give birth to their first child in February 2024.
Da-in’s pregnancy was confirmed by the couple’s respective agencies in official statements on Wednesday, Nov. 1, although both camps have yet to confirm whether the baby is a boy or a girl.
“Lee Seung-gi is currently cautiously yet gratefully waiting for a new life to be born next year,” the actor-singer’s label Human Made said, per a Soompi translation.
The one-man agency, which was established by Seung-gi in June 2021, thanked fans who “look fondly” upon the actor-singer with “interest” throughout his career.
“We hope you will send warm blessings and support to Lee Seung-gi. We are deeply grateful to everyone who always looks fondly upon him with interest and love,” the label added.
The actress’ agency 9ato Entertainment, on the other hand, confirmed that the actress’ “blessing” will be welcomed to the world in “February of next year.”
“Gratefully, a precious life has come to actress Lee Da-in,” Da-in’s label said, per a Soompi translation. “Currently, actress Lee Da-in is preparing to welcome the blessing that will arrive in February of next year, prioritizing her health and stability.”
The couple wed in a private ceremony last April, which was attended by many Korean celebrities including Yoo Jae-suk, Seventeen’s Hoshi and Joshua, Astro’s Cha Eun-woo, Kang Ho-dong, and BTOB’s Yook Sung-jae, among many others.
Seung-gi and Da-in confirmed their relationship in May 2021, and announced their engagement in February 2023.
