Jericho Rosales has nothing but praises for Kathryn Bernardo as he congratulated the latter for her contract renewal under talent management company Star Magic.
Rosales was described as one of Bernardo’s “constants” alongside her family, best friends and fellow actors Chie Filomeno and Piolo Pascual, as seen in a video shown during the contract-signing event on Friday, Feb. 2.
“Hey, Kath! I wanna congratulate you for the steps that you’ve been taking. I’ve been watching you and you’ve been doing great,” he addressed Kathryn.
“I hope that we can work on something someday. We’ll work on that, promise,” he added.

After the video-greeting presentation, Bernardo thanked everyone for their messages, including Rosales whom she called by his nickname “Echo.”
“Echo also—nasingit pa niya ‘yung video e parang puma-party kami no’n for Ate Maja’s gender-reveal [party]. Nag-video pala siya,” she said.
(And also to Echo—he even took a video while we were partying at Maja’s gender-reveal party. I didn’t know he did that.)
“Thank you so much for it, for the video,” she said, extending her message to the actor.
Bernardo and Rosales, who has been vocal with his desire to work with the actress, were earlier spotted while out on a night jog together. The pair was also accompanied by the actor’s nephew, the actress’ fellow “Goin’ Bulilit” alum John Manalo.
