Hollywood star Elisabeth Moss revealed she is pregnant with her first child. Age aside, the actress said the pregnancy is going well.

Sitting down on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday, January 30, the “The Handmaid’s Tale” star flaunted her baby bump for the first time and shared her pregnancy journey so far.

Kimmel asked the 41-year-old actress, addressing the front baby bump, “Are you pregnant or just an incredibly committed method actor?” The “Mad Men” star responded, “A little bit of both.”

When asked how she was feeling considering the pregnancy, Moss replied positively, “Not bad, actually. I’ve been really lucky. It’s been going really well,”

One decade after her split with former husband Fred Armisen, the actress kept her life fairly out of the limelight, and she has not disclosed her current partner or the father of her child.

The actress confirmed in 2019 that she had a boyfriend but affirmed her decision to keep the relationship private. “I learned you just don’t talk about it,” she told Marie Claire magazine. “Who really gives a [expletive] whether or not I’m dating anyone? I hate to put that importance on it. I cringe a little.”

In 2022, the “Shining Girls” star expressed her excitement to start a family. Speaking to Daily Mail’s You magazine, she said, “I definitely want to have kids because I’ve been very inspired by the kind of mother my mom is. She did a beautiful thing with me.”

Moss has been vocal about her 8-month marriage with Armisen, calling it a “traumatic” experience and expressing her gladness that she didn’t have children at the time.

“It was extremely traumatic and awful and horrible,” she opened up to Vulture magazine. “At the same time, it turned out for the best. I’m glad that I’m not there. I’m glad that it didn’t happen when I was 50. I’m glad I didn’t have kids. And I got that out of the way. Hopefully. That’s probably not going to happen again.”
