Kris Aquino disclosed that her youngest son Bimby might return to the Philippines in February, as he needs to work to help pay for his mom’s medical bills that are “already getting higher and higher.”

The Queen of All Media said this in response to Cristine Calawod, an artist handler under Cornerstone Entertainment. It can be recalled that Bimby had an “exploratory meeting” with the executives of the talent management company in June last year.

Kris replied, “Bimb might go home after my birthday. He needs to work because my medical bills are already getting higher [and] higher.”

Kris, who is set to celebrate her 52nd birthday on Feb. 14, then underscored one of her conditions for Bimby: no name change.

“He’ll stay as Bimb. No last name, like Drake,” she added, referring to the Canadian rapper and singer.

Kris, Bimb and her eldest son Josh are currently staying in the United States for the Queen of All Media’s medical tests and treatments for her autoimmune diseases.

Kris earlier gave an update on her health and revealed that it is highly likely that she is currently at the initial stage of SLE or lupus. Despite this, she stressed that she won’t be a “wimp” and that she won’t give up for her family.
