Anne Jakrajutatip partners with Legacy Holding for Miss Universe brand
Anne Jakrajutatip’s JKN Global Group, which owns the Miss Universe brand, sold 50 percent of its total shares to Mexico-based company Legacy Holding, as part of a “strategic investment” to “enhance and strengthen the capabilities” of the pageant organization.
Jakrajutatip confirmed this through her Instagram page on Wednesday, Jan. 24, showing a photo of her with Legacy Holding CEO and president Raul Rocha.
“It’s true, universe! I’ve been working closely with [Raul Rocha] and his team since we met at the 71st Show in New Orleans—now that our partnership is official, I can’t wait to make these dreams come true,” she said.
“Miss Universe and JKN Global Group are excited to announce a new partnership with the Mexico-based Legacy Holdings for the Miss Universe brand,” she continued. “This is a strategic investment for growth that will enhance our international offerings and allow us to create new products and opportunities that uplift, empower, and inspire women to embrace their truest selves.”

Rocha also celebrated the partnership via his Instagram page, and shared a document issued by JKN Global Group with the subject: “Notification of the Disposal of Investment in Subsidiary of the Company.”

Rocha also owns the Miss Universe Mexico franchise, whose team will spearhead the 2024 Miss Universe to be held in Mexico.
Meanwhile, Miss Universe Organization also announced in a separate post that it appointed Filipino-American entrepreneur Olivia Quido-Co as vice president for global partnerships to “oversee initiatives and corporate social responsibility worldwide.”
Prior to this, JKN Global Group announced a plan to “refinance [their] debt and rehabilitate [their] business” amid reports of the company filing for bankruptcy.
