Happy and her husband, John, figured in a car accident during their South Korea trip last Dec. 27.

Tippy disclosed that her dad suffered from fractured ribs and minor abdominal injury/trauma, while her mom suffered from rib bleeding, a head injury and fractures. After three days in a coma, Happy passed away.
