Tippy dos Santos asks for prayers as parents figure in vehicular accident in South Korea

Singer-actress Tippy Dos Santos is emotional as she sought for prayers after her parents, Happy and John, were involved in a vehicular accident during a short holiday in South Korea.
Dos Santos took to her Instagram account on Friday, Dec. 29, to reveal that her parents met a “horrific vehicular accident” after arriving in Seoul, South Korea, for what seemed to be a “short holiday.”
“Upon their arrival in Seoul for a short holiday, Happy and John figured in a horrific vehicular accident. While John is currently recovering from his injuries, Happy is now in [a] coma and fighting for her life. She is at the ICU of a Korean hospital,” she wrote.

Citing Bible verses from Matthew and 2 Kings, Dos Santos hopes the power of “collective prayers” will aid in the recovery of her parents.
“We are calling on everyone to please offer prayers that the Lord will grant Happy healing and recovery. We believe [that] the [power] of collective prayer is immense and look forward to all our friends and loved ones joining us in this petition,” she wrote.
Fellow celebrities such as Donny Pangilinan, Nikki Gil, Angeline Quinto, Sam Concepcion and Sue Ramirez joined Dos Santos in offering prayers for her parents, as seen in the comments of her post.

Dos Santos caught the attention of netizens in April after she was announced as one of the successful examinees of the 2022 bar exams.
Prior to taking the bar, she starred in projects such as “Luv U,” “Princess and I” and “Crazy Beautiful You,” among others.
