Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes say ‘Rewind’ is a ‘very personal’ movie for them as couple
Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera-Dantes (DongYan) reunion movie “Rewind” is the most-awaited film at this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
On Thursday, November 23, DongYan attended the launch of the film’s official poster. While talking to the press, the couple couldn’t help but gush over how magical seeing their movie poster for the first time was.
“First time namin nakita ‘yung lahat ng elemento ng poster, and seeing it for the first time na ganito kalaki, nakakatuwa na may event talaga for this, kasi para samin ganito talaga kahalaga ‘yung project,” said Dingdong.
The Kapuso actor also mentioned how important and personal the film is for him and his wife, hoping that many people will tune in and watch their reunion project.
“This is a very important project for us, very personal. Samin ito, kaya gusto namin mas maraming tao ang makapanood as much as possible.” the actor said.

Article continues after this advertisement“Tulad nga ng sinabi ni Dong, basta ‘yung poster na ito madaming sagisag, madaming mga meaning talaga behind kung anong storya ‘yung ipapalabas namin,” said the Kapuso actress.
On November 13, Star Cinema unveiled the first official trailer for “Rewind,” signifying the emotional turmoil that awaits the viewers who will watch the film as the real-life couple shows the side of a failing marriage.
“Rewind,” along with other entries in the Metro Manila Film Festival, will hit cinemas on December 25, 2023, and will run until January, during which other films not included in the festival would not be shown in cinemas.
