‘Reply 1988’ stars Hyeri, Ryu Jun-yeol confirm split

Korean actors Hyeri and Ryu Jun-yeol, who starred in the hit Korean drama series “Reply 1988,” were confirmed to have broken up after over six years of dating.
Reports of the pair’s split made rounds on social media, which was then confirmed by the actors’ talent management agencies C-JeS Studios and Creative Group ING.

“It is true that they broke up,” their companies said in a statement obtained by Korean media outlet Soompi on Monday, Nov. 13.

The two stars reportedly started dating in the latter part of 2016, after starring together in “Reply 1988.” The pair had only made their relationship public in August 2017.
