Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok of Pentagon parted days with their label Cube Entertainment on Oct. 9, a day before the K-pop boy group’s seventh debut anniversary.
The agency confirmed their departure through an official statement on Pentagon’s official X (formerly Twitter) page, following the expiration of Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok’s contracts.
“As the exclusive contracts of Pentagon members approach their expiration date, we have had sincere conversations with the members over an extended period of time,” Cube said, per a Soompi translation. “After careful deliberation, it has been decided that our exclusive contracts with Yeo One, Yan An, Yuto, Kino, and Wooseok will come to an end.”
