Maymay Entrata will join forces with Wooseok of K-pop boy group Pentagon for her upcoming single “Autodeadma” which will be released on April 28.

The collaboration was confirmed by local music label Star Pop on Wednesday night, April 19, as it shared a clip of Entrata and Wooseok greeting one another at what appeared to be a virtual meeting.

“The secret is finally out! ‘Autodeadma’ by @maymayentrata07 feat. #WOOSEOK of [Pentagon]. Save the date – 04.28.23,” Star Pop’s tweet read.

The singer-actress expressed her gratitude to Wooseok on her personal Twitter page, as she retweeted the label’s announcement.

“Thank you Wooseok of [Pentagon] for being part of our upcoming single, such a huge honor and thank you so much po,” she wrote.

The K-pop idol also uploaded Star Pop’s announcement on his personal Instagram page, while Pentagon’s official social media platforms reshared the report.

Reports of Entrata’s collaboration with a “K-pop idol” surfaced earlier this month, before it was confirmed to be Wooseok.

The singer-actress first gained recognition after winning “Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7” in 2017. She is best known for her hit song “Amakabogera” and was nominated for Best Asia Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2022.

Meanwhile, Wooseok debuted as main rapper, vocalist, and maknae (or youngest member) of Pentagon in October 2016. The nine-member group, known for their hit songs “Shine” and “Spring Snow” visited the Philippines in October 2022. EDV
