SexBomb Izzy thankful for ‘concern, prayers’ amid discord with drag artist son: ‘I’m at peace’

After expressing her apparent disapproval of her son Andrei being gay and doing drag, SexBomb member Izzy Trazona-Aragon declared that she is “amazingly at peace” as she continuously holds on to her faith.

“Thank you Lord for another day!” she said on her Facebook page on Thursday, Sept. 14. “For all the messages, sobrang daming [nag-personal message], thank you with all my heart sa concern and prayers! And even testimonies of how the Lord worked and changed your lives! Sobrang daming encouraging messages!”

“I am amazingly at peace, the Lord is my shield! I am continuously praying and full of hope,” she continued. “I trust my Sovereign God! God bless po!”

Prior to this, Izzy penned an open letter to her son, saying she wants what’s “best” for him and that she is “holding on with the truth that is written in the Bible.”

This prompted Andrei to admit that he lied about his mom’s support in an earlier interview, noting he had done so to “protect her from any backlash.”  /ra
