Jak Roberto could not contain his joy and excitement after he led a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of his new three-story home.

“Finally, it’s happening! Iba pala talaga ang feelings pag sa groundbreaking!” he said in his Instagram post last Thursday, Aug. 31.

The actor documented the ceremony, which was attended by his actress girlfriend Barbie Forteza, through a vlog shown on Roberto’s YouTube channel.

“Sabi ko nga, bubunuin natin ito. Gagawin natin lahat para matapos nang maganda, matibay at maayos itong bahay na ito,” he stated. “Masayang-masaya lang ako. Iba ‘yung pakiramdam e. Let’s toast to that.”

While Roberto opted not to give further details on his house, its proposed design and structure can be seen on the tarpaulin shown during the groundbreaking ceremony.

Meanwhile, Forteza has also been building her dream home which is already nearing completion. The construction of her house began in November last year.  /ra
