AJ Raval, 22, seemed determined to finish her studies despite her showbiz commitments as she announced her recent milestone—graduating under the Department of Education’s alternative learning system (ALS) program.
According to DepEd, ALS was instituted as a parallel learning system that “provides a practical option” to those who do not have or cannot access formal education in schools.
Raval revealed her academic achievement by showing herself wearing a white graduation cap and gown, through her Instagram page on Friday, July 21.
“Congratulations po sa ating lahat ALS Learners. Sa aking guro na si Sir Jay Gopez, maraming salamat po sa pagtitiyaga sa amin hanggang dulo,” the actress said in the caption.
(Congratulations to us, ALS Learners. To my teacher, Sir Jay Gopez, thank you so much for being patient with us until the end.)
“At sa pamunuan po ng ALS San Fernando, Pampanga Division, maraming salamat po sa inyong adbokasiya at mabuhay po kayo,” she added. (And to the management of ALS San Fernando, Pampanga Division, thank you for your advocacy and long live.)
