Kapamilya TV host Luis Manzano labeled Anne Curtis serenading his daughter, Isabella Rose, as his child’s “most traumatic memory” during a reunion with celebrity friends recently.

In the video Manzano uploaded on Instagram, Curtis channeled Ariel from “The Little Mermaid” as she sang her version of “Part of Your World” to Manzano’s six-month-old daughter who they also call Rosie or Peanut.

The first-time father was quick to call out the “It’s Showtime” host’s mistake in the chorus, and later concluded how the song number just became the “most traumatic memory ng anak ko (of my child).”

Known to be unbothered by such remarks, Curtis declared, “Pang-Disney princess ‘yung voice ko para sa mga bata.” (My voice is that of a Disney princess for kids.)

Manzano reiterated his sentiment in his post’s caption. “Sa 6 months nya sa mundong to, first time ko nakita naguluhan anak ko [crying-laughing emojis].” (In her six months on earth, it’s the first time I saw my daughter confused.)

Curtis commented on Manzano’s post saying, “Play mo kaya [‘yung recording] before bedtime ng inaanak ko. You’ll see! Himbing sleep nya! [heart emoji]” (Why don’t you play the recording before my goddaughter’s bedtime. You’ll see! She’ll have a good sleep.) To this, Manzano replied only with emojis to depict his feelings of surprise or disbelief.

Rosie’s mother, Jessy Mendiola who witnessed the song number as she held her daughter while Curtis sang — joined in the fun and commented, “Disney princess @annecurtissmith [heart emoji] [crying-laughing emoji].”

Responding to Mendiola, Curtis said that she’s already “well-trained” because of her daughter Dahlia, adding “anytime Rosie wants to hear a Disney Princess song, Ninang (godmother) is a call away! [princess emoji]”

Manzano eventually conceded to his “All About Love” co-star, and told Curtis, “[I]n fairness talaga[,] gumaling ka (you’ve improved).”

While Curtis was singing, some other comments can be heard in the background, as Curtis and the Manzano family were also joined by their friends Iya Villania, Nikki Gil, and Shaina Magdayao.

Gil uploaded two photos on Instagram — one from their reunion and the other from when all five were still part of the Kapamilya variety show “ASAP.” Alluding to the photos, Gil captioned her post, “Same same [emojis] The design is very 2010 sa gilid ng (by the) ASAP stage lol missed you guys! #HappyFoundationDay.” The hashtag seem to be about their make-up in the throwback photo.

Manzano also posted photos from the reunion and expressed his love for his long-time friends. “After so many years, kami kami pa rin (it’s still us)! [crying-laughing emoji] Love this family [heart emoji] #inuhawakoniNikki,” wrote Manzano, whose hashtag hinted at Gil’s family hosting their reunion.

Exchanges among the friends in the comments section of Manzano’s post, as well as those on his Instagram Stories entertained netizens.

Aside from appearing together in “ASAP,” Gil, Villania, and Manzano are all former “Myx” VJs, while Curtis and Manzano have also worked together in other projects such as films “Ang Cute ng Ina Mo!” and “Who’s That Girl?” In 2007, Magdayao appeared with Manzano and Gil in the Kapamilya series “Rounin.” EDV
