Hours after Andrea Brillantes reportedly unfollowed Ricci Rivero on Instagram, the basketball player appeared to have done likewise.
Eagle-eyed netizens noticed that the former couple are no longer on each other’s Instagram following list as of Wednesday, June 28. This noticeably came after Rivero opened up about their split through his interview in the GMA show “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.”

Brillantes and Rivero officially became a couple in April last year when he asked the actress to be his girlfriend after his University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) basketball game.
Their split was confirmed to the public last June 9, with the basketball player appealing to fans to stop creating “false accusations.” Rivero was apparently referring to the third-party allegations against him and beauty queen-turned-politician Leren Mae Bautista, which they both denied.
Meanwhile, Rivero confirmed in his recent interview that Brillantes had seen him with a girl at his place, but he stressed that he had no relationship with the girl and that she was just a companion of one of his friends.
Rivero also revealed that he did not try to win Brillantes back because he apparently had enough. /ra
