Luis Manzano positive for COVID-19, reminds public as cases rise: ‘Be careful’

Luis Manzano reminded the public to be safe as he disclosed that he had tested positive for COVID-19 for the first time since the pandemic started.

The actor-TV host showed his COVID-19 test kit with a positive result through his Instagram page on Saturday, May 6.

“Stay safe everyone! Tumataas nanaman cases! First time tamaan since the start of the pandemic,” he said in the caption. (Stay safe everyone! The cases are rising again. [It is my] first time to have it since the start of the pandemic.)

Jessy Mendiola, Manzano’s wife, then comforted her husband as she said, “We love you, papa! You will recover quickly for sure!”
