Dennis Padilla sends love to Julia Barretto with graduation photo

Dennis Padilla is not giving up on his attempts to reconcile with estranged daughter Julia Barretto, as he shared a photo of what appeared to be the latter’s graduation ceremony in 2015.
Padilla took to his personal Instagram page on Tuesday, April 25 to share an old graduation photo with Barretto, where Luis, his son with ex-partner Monica Gatus is also present.
“2015… miss you juy n kuya luis [praying emoji] [heart emojis],” he said in the caption.

Apart from Julia and Luis, it can also be noted that seasoned stars Janno Gibbs and Randy Santiago, as well as his brother Gene, were also tagged in the caption.
Barretto’s shop and a fan account dedicated to the “Expensive Candy” star were also mentioned in Padilla’s post.

Meanwhile, netizens’ opinion was divided in the comments, with others urging the actress to forgive her father. On the other hand, some called out the actor for seeking his daughter’s attention on social media.
Meanwhile, Santiago and Gibbs have yet to address the actor-comedian’s throwback picture, as of this writing.

Padilla previously gained flak after he called out the actress and her siblings Leon and Claudia on social media, saying that they “forgot” to greet him on Father’s Day. Leon then responded to the “Maria Clara at Ibarra” star, and requested him to stop from “publicly shaming” them.
Following the incident, Barretto claimed that she was “not getting” fatherly love and protection in an interview with journalist Karen Davila, an allegation that the actor-comedian denied days later. EDV
