“Drag Den with Manila Luzon,” the second season of the hit reality drag competition in the country, is set to showcase an “even bigger season, a new den and a new set of rules” for its drag queens.

The renewal of the reality competition, produced by director Rod Singh, Project 8 Projects and CS Studios, was announced by streaming service Prime Video on Friday, April 14. The show will be hosted by Filipino-American drag queen and “RuPaul’s Drag Race” alum Manila Luzon.

Singh, meanwhile, spoke about how the positive reactions they have been receiving proved that the “audiences from around the world are connecting with [their] show and the messages [they] want to convey.”

“It’s been quite a journey for us; the history of Pinoy drag culture is full of unsung heroes, and we’ve come a long way. We’ve had clear intentions about bringing the show to where it is now,” she said. “The show stood for many things, and thanks to our audience, because they, too, stood with us. And because of their support, we’ll continue the fight in Season Two. Bigger and better, definitely.”
