LOOK: KC Concepcion spends birthday with stepdad Kiko, siblings Miel and Miguel

One of the people who celebrated with KC Concepcion on her 38th birthday was her stepfather, Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, whose wish was for her heart’s desires to be granted.
Kiko showed moments from his meeting with KC along with her siblings Miel and Miguel through his Instagram page on Friday, April 7. The four of them appeared to have bonded over food in an undisclosed location.
“Happy birthday dearest KC! Hope you liked our simple surprise,” he said in the caption, but did not immediately elaborate on the birthday surprise.
“We pray for your safety, good health and protection always. I pray too that the Almighty grants the desires of your heart and that He continues to lead you to fulfill His purpose and His plan for you in your life,” he added. “We love you very much.”
KC’s sister Frankie and their mom, Megastar Sharon Cuneta, who are noticeably absent from the celebration, are currently in the United States.

Cuneta earlier sent her birthday greetings to KC, her daughter with actor Gabby Concepcion, dedicating to the younger actress the lyrics of the song “If I Could.”
In a February interview, the veteran actress-singer confessed that her relationship with KC was her “biggest pain,” and admitted she knew “very little” of her eldest daughter’s life because the latter did not open up to her. /ra
