LOOK: Belle Mariano, Donny Pangilinan meet with director Mae Cruz Alviar
Belle Mariano and Donny Pangilinan, collectively known as DonBelle, appeared to be preparing for their upcoming project after recently meeting up with filmmaker Mae Cruz Alviar.
Alviar shared a photo of her meet-up with the popular loveteam on her Instagram account on Sunday, March 19, although she has yet to reveal the details of what they’ve discussed during their meeting.

Some fans speculated in the comments that Alviar would be directing the upcoming teleserye “Can’t Buy Me Love,” which was revealed on ABS-CBN’s omnibus trailer in December 2022.

Alviar is best known for directing the films “Everyday I Love You” starring Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil, “Bride for Rent” starring Kim Chiu and Xian Lim, and “Crazy Beautiful You” starring Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, among many others.
DonBelle’s project will reportedly be produced by Star Creatives, which was teased by the ABS-CBN subsidiary in February 2023, although the network has yet to unveil the details about their teleserye.
Mariano and Pangilinan gained popularity as an onscreen pairing after working together in the youth-oriented series “He’s Into Her,” as well as the films “Love is Color Blind” and “An Inconvenient Love.” EDV
