Angelica Panganiban is one grateful first-time mom as she unveiled the godparents of her baby daughter Amila Sabine which were present during her baptismal ceremony, which contain a handful of big names in the local entertainment industry.
Panganiban shared glimpses of her daughter’s godparents who assisted her and fiancé Gregg Homan in the ceremony on her Instagram account on Monday, Feb. 6. Among baby Amila’s celebrity ninongs and ninangs were Kim Chiu, Judy Ann Santos, Bela Padilla, Glaiza de Castro, Ketchup Eusebio, Cherry Pie Picache, John Prats, and Isabel Oli.
“Presenting, the ninongs & ninangs of bean [star emoji] #BEANyag,” she said in the caption.
The “That Thing Called Tadhana” star also looked back at some of her favorite moments at her daughter’s pastel-themed christening through an Instagram Reel uploaded on Tuesday, Feb. 7. Among the highlights were the pastel and gold decorations, fun games, and heartfelt interactions between the guests, as well as a cake adorned with animal and flower designs.
“Thank you for making this celebration go smoothly, [stress-free], and super fun filled afternoon for our [daughter’s] christening,” she wrote.
Panganiban’s supporters congratulated the actress on her recent milestone as a mother in the comments, while some pointed out that she “deserves” her blessings after her past experiences.

Prior to the actress’ post, baby Amila’s celebrity godparents also took to their respective social media platforms to share photos of the happy occasion earlier this weekend.
Panganiban announced that she gave birth to her daughter in September 2022, and confirmed that she will be tying the knot with Homan through a YouTube vlog weeks later, although the details of their wedding are yet to be revealed to the public. EDV
