Samantha Lo says romance with girlfriend Jannica started with a jeepney ride, milk tea

Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2019 Samantha Lo fondly recalled how her romance with her non-showbiz girlfriend Jannica Rubin began.
Lo revealed that her love story with Rubin started when they shared a milk tea on their “first jeepney ride” back in 2016, as mentioned on her personal Instagram page on Monday, Jan. 30.
“I know many of you are very excited for the launch of La Cucharita [Samantha and Jannica]. Funny story, I accidentally deleted the file this morning,” Lo said. “So while I fix that disaster, I’ll leave you with this pic to feed your kilig sensations today. Throwback to 2016, Jan took me on my first jeepney ride.”

Lo shared that she and Jannica shared an original-flavored milk tea on their way back home from a trip to the mall.
“We went to the mall, and on the way back home, we shared [an original pearl milk tea] with 100% sugar added. One boba, one straw, my heart screaming, ‘WE’RE SHARING BOBA!!!’ My brain [is] screaming, ‘SHE’S SO WORTH GETTING DIABETES FOR.’ And that’s the story of our first Jeepney ride,” she added.
The Bb. Pilipinas Grand International 2019 titleholder went Instagram official with Rubin earlier this month, although the exact date of when their relationship began is yet to be revealed.
Lo, who represented the Philippines in the Miss Grand International 2019 pageant in Venezuela, has been supportive of the LGBTQIA community since her reign. EDV
