Marvel has released a new action-packed trailer for its upcoming movie “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania,” giving fans a first look at the battle between Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang and Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror.
The trailer was released on Marvel’s official YouTube channel yesterday, Jan. 10. It shows Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), along with Scott’s daughter Cassie (Kathryn Newton) and Hope’s parents Janet (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Hank (Michael Douglas), as they all explore the Quantum Realm.
Kang, who has the power to control time, offers Scott the ability to bring back the time he lost with his daughter Cassie while he was stuck in the Quantum Realm. But Kang seems to want something in return.
“You will bring me what I need or everything you call life will end,” the villain told Scott.
Meanwhile, Marvel villain M.O.D.O.K. made his live-action appearance for the first time in the trailer.
“Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” is directed by Peyton Reed and produced by Kevin Feige and Stephen Broussard. It also stars David Dastmalchian as Veb, Katy O’Brian as Jentorra, William Jackson Harper as Quaz and Bill Murray as Lord Krylar. The film is set to arrive in theaters on Feb. 17. /ra
