LOOK: Maine Mendoza, Zanjoe Marudo bond with the Ataydes in Taiwan

It seems that Maine Mendoza and Zanjoe Marudo have formed close relationships with the Atayde clan, as they joined the family on their trip to Taiwan.
Mendoza is engaged to actor-turned-Quezon City Rep. Arjo Atayde, the son of veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez and businessman Art Atayde, since July 2022.
Meanwhile, Marudo and Ria’s dating status was made public by the family matriarch in October 2022, where the actor was revealed to be courting the “Viral Scandal” star. The pair then appeared to have gone Instagram official a month later, when they shared photos of their trip to Japan. Neither actors have yet to address their relationship, as of this writing.
Sanchez took to her personal Instagram page on Monday, Jan. 9 to share snaps of their family trip to Taiwan. Aside from her husband, and eldest children along with their respective partners, her younger children Gela and Xavi were also seen in the photos.
“We all live such busy lives all year, but at the end of the day. We all know, FAMILY first [heart emoji] Happy 3 Kings everyone,” she said in the caption.

Sanchez’s photos showed the family dining at a restaurant, as well as flying sky lanterns in the Pingxi District in New Taipei, Taiwan.
Ria and Maine expressed their love for the veteran actress, as seen in the comments of Sanchez’s post.

Fellow celebrities Melai Cantiveros, Vina Morales, Arlene Muhlach, Alora Sasam, as well as veteran broadcast journalists Karen Davila and Christine Bersola-Babao also sent their well-wishes to the family.

Prior to their engagement, Arjo and Maine have been in a relationship since 2018, as they marked their fourth anniversary last December 2022. The actor-turned-politician also revealed at an interview that he had planned to propose to the “Daddy’s Gurl” star for over a year.
It can also be recalled, on the other hand, that Ria was spotted spending her Yuletide break with Marudo’s family. EDV
