MANILA, Philippines — A hotel in Manila resurrected a pageant it first held in 2018 to further boost its team’s motivation, and to reflect the core values it has been trying to uphold throughout the years.

Mikhaella Fernandez from the Front Office Department was crowned 2022 Miss Bayview Park Hotel in ceremonies staged at the hotel’s ballroom on Nov. 15.
