Miss FIT PH pageant takes search to Visayas, Mindanao
MANILA, Philippines — After screening applicants in Metro Manila, the Miss FIT (face, intelligence, tone) Philippines pageant is heading to Visayas and Mindanao over the weekend to recruit more ladies for this year’s competition.
A generous prize package awaits the new winner, with P200,000 in cash for the main winner, and P75,000 and P50,000 worth of cash and other prizes await the first and second runners-up, respectively.
Two more runners-up will each receive P30,000 worth of cash and other prizes.
The annual pageant is currently on its third edition this year, and it continues its search for Filipino women who possess a beautiful face (F), intellectual and emotional intelligence (I), and a toned and healthy body (T).
Binibining Pilipinas alumna Malka Shaver won in the first competition conducted virtually in 2020, while the 2021 queen was Yllana Marie Aduana, who went on to win the “Face of Binibini” award and finished in the Top 12 of the 2022 Bb. Pilipinas pageant.
Article continues after this advertisementHealth and beauty management company ProMedia, which organizes the annual pageant, will search for potential successors of the two women among Visayan and Mindanaoan women on Nov. 19 and 20.
Article continues after this advertisementThe Visayas leg of the nationwide screening will be held in Cebu City on Nov. 19, while the Mindanao leg will take place in Davao City on Nov. 20. The pageant is open for women who are assigned female at birth, with Filipino lineage, single and has never been married nor have given birth, between the ages of 17 and 26 years, and at least 5’5” tall. EDV
