Lani Misalucha is moving her “Yesterday Once More” show in California to a later date due to an undisclosed medical condition, but she clarified that it is not COVID-19.

Asia’s Nightingale announced the postponement of her show, which was initially scheduled on Sept. 18, through her Instagram page yesterday, Sept. 13. Misalucha expressed her gratitude to those who purchased tickets as well as those who will be coming from far places to see the show.

“I was so excited to do this show for you because first of all there’s going to be a lot of fresh new songs, new medleys that I’m going to be singing,” she said. “I have a whole new band with me who’s just as excited as I am to play all those songs. And I have all male singers [who are all] ready to go down to do all those Motown moves.”

Misalucha then gave a brief update on her health and vowed to fans that she will be seeing them “real soon.”

“Unfortunately I fell ill (don’t worry it’s not [COVID-19]) that we have no choice but to postpone the show for a later date,” she added. “Thank you so much and I appreciate your understanding. For now please take care of your health too and I’ll see you real soon.”

The singer also reminded fans to keep their tickets with them while waiting for the further announcement about the show’s new date.

Misalucha, who is partially deaf after suffering from bacterial meningitis in 2020, earlier headlined her concert series “Timeless Season” in the United States with Nonoy Zuñiga. JB
