Mavy Legaspi has fulfilled one of his promises to his mother, actress Carmina Villaroel, by gifting her a luxury bag for her birthday.
The Kapuso actress gave a glimpse of herself opening Legaspi’s gift by reposting her son’s Instagram Stories on her own page yesterday, Aug. 15. She showed off the pink bag while an orange box from Hermes sat on her lap and Legaspi gave her a kiss on the cheek.
“Since she’s working on her birthday and we’re celebrating it earlier, here’s something I promised her a long time ago. I love you so much my beautiful mother. Happy early birthday!” Legaspi greeted Villaroel.
“I will always do my best to spoil you because you deserve everything mom,” he added.

Villaroel appeared to be quite excited with the gift as she can be seen using the bag during her birthday dinner with her family, as shown on her Instagram Stories, also yesterday.
“I love you pooh bear,” she said to Legaspi.

Mavy is Villaroel’s son with her husband, fellow actor Zoren Legaspi. The couple has another child, Cassy Legaspi, Mavy’s twin sister.
Villaroel and Zoren were together for 12 years before they officially tied the knot in a surprise wedding in 2012. The ceremony was attended by fellow celebrities including Boy Abunda, Susan Roces and Maricel Soriano. /ra
