Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia will be building another house. It would not be for their family, though, but for their “build and sell passion project.”
Kramer showed himself and Garcia on the lot where the house will be constructed, through his Instagram page today, July 19.
“Building another dream home! A build and sell passion project for me and my forever partner,” the former professional basketball player said, referring to his actress-wife Garcia.
Kramer spoke about how they came up with the project after their house tour vlog received positive comments, with netizens saying that the couple’s house is a “dream home.”
“So today, we took the first step into building a dream home that our family would love, but with the intention of building it for another family (investor) in the near future,” he added. “We’re so excited to put our vision and heart to this project.”
Team Kramer moved into their current house in 2019, after its construction which took almost two years. Some of the features of their house include an infinity pool, a treehouse, elevator and a home theater.
Kramer and Garcia have been married for 13 years and share three children, namely Kendra, Scarlett and Gavin. JB
