Callalily is now called LILY after its former vocalist Kean Cipriano announced that he is going to “move on” from the band.

The band released its new official logo designed by Liberty Austria on its Facebook page yesterday, June 24. It also released the same photo on its Instagram page yesterday while marking the “new beginning.”

“Magsimula na lang ulit sa simula dahil naagaw ka niya,” LILY stated on Facebook. (Just start over at the beginning because he took you.)

LILY then showed its four remaining members via its Facebook page last Thursday, June 23, while seemingly alluding to Cipriano’s departure.

“‘Pag kumanta ba kami ng ‘Magbalik’ babalik ka?” they quipped, referring to their song released in the 2000s.

The four members also thanked fans who expressed support for them as they vowed to continue serenading them with their songs.

“Salamat sa [suporta] ninyong lahat (Thank you for all of your support). We are here to stay and we will still bring to you the songs that made our childhood,” they told fans. “Tuloy-tuloy lang kami and tuloy-tuloy lang namin ibabahagi ang kwento namin.” (We will move forward and we will continue to share your story.)

Callalily is a pop rock band formed in the 2000s that is known for its songs “Magbalik,” “Susundan” and “Pansamantala,” among others. Its latest song “Bahala Na” featuring This Band was released last year under Cipriano’s O/C Records.

Cipriano revealed earlier this week that he is “moving on” from Callalily, admitting that he and his bandmates are not okay. He believes he should venture into different endeavors.  /ra
